The Arkansas Ozarks and particularly the areas near Mountain View, and Batesville , are not only beautiful but they offer loads of fun and entertainment for people of every age, and interest. Some of the best fishing anywhere is outside the backdoor of Esta’s. Mountain View is one of the most interesting and entertaining towns you will find anywhere in the country. There are great music and comedy shows provided by professional entertainers, and wonderful free entertainment provided around the town courthouse by people who come from all parts of the country to participate in country and western style hoedowns several nights a week during the spring, summer, and fall. For golfers, if you must, there are 5 nice golf courses within a 30 mile radius of Esta’s. Horseback riding, a state park, Ozark Folk Center, Greers Ferry lake, world famous Blanchard Springs Caverns, one of the best mountain bike trails in the country, beautiful scenery, abundant wildlife, rock climbing, canoeing, and of course the clear cool gently flowing White River.
The Arkansas Ozarks are centrally located near the middle of the U.S. making it one of the most convient locations to access if your family is scattered throughout the country. It is less then 100 miles from the Little Rock airport and 4 lane divided highways take you within 15 miles of the property. Downtown Memphis Tenn. is 135 miles to the property.
Esta’s was started for a very special reason. She was our wonderful Mother who passed away several years ago. She left 9 children behind who loved her very much and wanted to do something that that would not only honor her memory, but would instill in our children, our grandchildren , and our future generations of grandchildren, the true sense of family and belonging. Our numbers now exceed 90 and we journey to this wonderful place several times a year from as far away as Hawaii, California, Kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas, and several places in between. When not used by our family, we have rented the property out as a family reunion destination and Corporate Retreat .We are not selling just a fractional share of this property , but rather trying to select 10 or 11 other families or Corporations, who have a similar love of family to share this wonderful property.
